Blockers Related to Awareness in UVApp Environment:

Users do not have direct access to the UVApp MyVoucher module when using UFood. Users who are interested in the UFood promotional banner in UVApp are not directed directly to the UFood page to explore further.

Main Objectives:

By simplifying the transaction flow and enabling voucher purchases directly in the UFood widget. Reduce churn rates by simplifying the transaction process and improving the User experience. Reduce the number of steps in the checkout process to improve efficiency and User satisfaction. Increase revenue per transaction by adding an in-app voucher purchase option and speeding up the transaction process

Currently, UFood lacks an integrated voucher purchase and redemption feature, and the checkout process on UFood is overly complex with redundant steps. Users have to re-enter data that should be automated, such as address settings and merchant selection based on location. The lack of a voucher purchase feature directly on the UFood widget can decrease conversion rates and user retention in the long run. This inefficient process reduces overall user satisfaction.
